RetroCPU provides free worldwide shipping on all orders. We ship globally, with our main markets including the United States, Australia, European Union, Canada and New Zealand.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order, regardless of the destination.

Processing & Worldwide Delivery Times

Our shipping timeframes are the same across our main markets and most other worldwide destinations, so there is no need for separate delivery estimates for each country.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 5–12 days

These estimated timeframes apply to orders shipped to the United States, Australia, European Union, Canada, New Zealand and other supported worldwide destinations.

Transit time begins once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that 5–12 days is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not guaranteed. Most orders are expected to arrive within this period, but occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier congestion, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, remote delivery locations or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

RetroCPU works with trusted international shipping carriers and logistics providers, including UPS, DHL, Yanwen and YunExpress.

The carrier used for your order will depend on the product, destination, warehouse location and most suitable shipping route available at the time of dispatch.

In some countries, your international carrier may transfer the parcel to a local delivery company for the final stage of delivery.

Order Cut Off Time

Our daily order cut off time is 6:00 PM GMT+8.

Orders placed before the cut off time on a business day may begin processing that day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT+8, during weekends or on public holidays will normally begin processing on the next available business day.

Tracking Information

For orders processed during the week, tracking information is normally provided within 1 day.

Orders placed late in the week or during weekends and public holidays may experience a short delay before tracking information becomes available.

Once your tracking number has been issued, the shipping carrier may require additional time to complete its first scan. This means that your tracking number may initially show little or no movement even though your parcel is being processed.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can also follow your shipment through the Track Your Order page on the RetroCPU website.

Shipping Delays

Although our normal estimated transit time is 5–12 days, delays can occasionally occur.

Possible causes include customs inspections, carrier backlogs, public holidays, severe weather, flight or transportation disruptions, remote delivery locations, local delivery conditions or other circumstances beyond RetroCPU's control.

A parcel taking longer than the estimated timeframe does not necessarily mean that it has been lost.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you are concerned about your delivery, contact support@retrocpu.com and our team will assist you.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. However, once an order has been dispatched or is already in transit, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it normally cannot be cancelled while in transit. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns and refunds after delivery.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If the packaging appears visibly damaged, take clear photographs before opening the parcel whenever possible.

If the product itself arrives damaged, contact support@retrocpu.com immediately and provide your order details along with clear photos or videos showing the damage.

If a parcel is severely damaged when delivery is attempted, you may refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately.

Our team will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
